Driver was great. Traffic was horrendous after an event of 92,000 people. We did have to walk quite a ways, maybe 45 minute walk but we did not get stuck in the traffic madness.

Absolutely shocking and terrible service. Car was booked more than a day in advance, had a call in the morning to confirm driver would pick me up at Wembley. After an hour no response and customer service was rude, abusive and harassing to the point where a police report has been filed.
