Driver was punctual, courteous and delivered a smooth ride to Yeoju outlet. Upon arrival at the outlet, driver led the way from carpark into the outlet and briefly orientated us on how to walk, shop and eat. Driver also gave us a guided timing to adhere to in order not to exceed the allocated hours, which was good for us to plan ahead. We had to text driver that we wanted to extend 1 hour as it was not enough to shop, the journey to and fro already takes up about 3 hours, so there was only 6 hours left to shop and eat lunch. Popular brands like Gucci, Prada had to queue for at least 15 mins to enter. There is a carousell within the outlet to keep kids entertained. Overall great experience.
The driver provided good service. The car was clean and comfortable. The drive was smooth and punctual. We stayed at the Outlet for a long time and the driver waited patiently.
Driver is good and polite. The car is clean and looks new. We enjoy the shopping and the driver can easily contact via whatsapp when we want him to open the car to keep all shopping stuffs. Recommend.
The driver was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us during our trip. Not only did he give us great advice on where to go, but he also helped one of our group members exchange money from a nearby bank. His willingness to go the extra mile was truly appreciated, and I’m very grateful for his kindness and support.
overall good experience though is pricey. changed of driver and car on our return trip and was coordinated well.
