Thanks to our guide Monica, we were able to have a comfortable trip. Monica is the best!! The schedule changed from Lake Lugano to Bellagio, but the travel agency gave us sufficient explanation and agreement in advance via WhatsApp, and the vehicle was a large vehicle and very comfortable. Even in December, the lake was not frozen at all and was very nice.

The scenery is beautiful, but a creamy pasta dish at Bellagio for lunch costs 15 euros, plus a 25% tip. The same meal at a restaurant near the Milan Cathedral only costs 8 euros + 10% service charge. It feels like It's a trap to kill tourists.
