Take my advice. DO NOT book via Klook. Jeongsu is a very far place from Seoul. As our tour also by Klook was postponed, I was unable to use this on the original date. I tried very hard to explain to the vendor before changing but there seems to be a communication error. They do not seem to understand a single word I had said. They did not seem to regard my booking either. Anyway, they kept saying I could use my Klook booking etc thou I didn’t use on the booked date. After changing, they asked for payment! Tried to explain many times that I had paid and booked via Klook to no avail. My advise, go to Any hanbok stores onsite then buying via Klook! It’s a scam to book via Klook. they will make you pay again during redemption. PS: despite all these, the ladies were very nice, pleasant and have nice collection of hanbok.
