Travel during peak seasons in Japan on weekends and holidays (especially around the Obon Festival from August 13th to 16th) is prone to traffic congestion, and some attractions may close early. The itinerary may be adjusted or shortened depending on the actual situation. It is recommended not to book dinner, flights, or Shinkansen, and to bring snacks and power banks. • The tour will be canceled if the minimum number of participants is not reached. You will receive an email notification of the tour cancellation 4 days prior to departure.
• In the event of bad weather conditions such as typhoons or snowstorms, the decision to cancel the tour will be made 1 day prior to departure (local time 18:00). You will be notified by email accordingly.
• Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes and bring warm clothing (if needed).

• Children under 3 years old who require a seat must purchase a ticket, which is the same price as an adult ticket, and a note must be made.

• After the tour departs, if the itinerary is terminated due to force majeure factors such as weather conditions or natural disasters, the unfulfilled itinerary will be refunded based on the actual expenses incurred. However, return transportation costs or local accommodation costs, and other additional expenses, must be borne by the traveler. Day trip itineraries do not include personal travel and personal accident insurance. If needed, please purchase it yourself. Outdoor activities and high-risk sports involve specific risks and dangers. You must assess your own health or ability.
