Easy to use, just download and activate on the day of use. For Suomenlinna fortress, just go to harbour and tap the machine automatically to board the boat
A very cost-effective city card. Please take the information leaflet when picking up the card so you can view the activities and museums included on the Helsinki Card. It includes tickets for many museums, and you can visit different museums in the city center for free. The card includes a cruise experience and a hop on hop off bus, but these two activities are already worth €48. Visiting one or two more museums will make it worth the price.
Yes, the card is great and we’re able to visit many different locations!
This card is very reassuring in these times of high euro and low yen. I entered Helsinki by plane, so I exchanged the voucher at the baggage locker in the airport and received the card. The pick-up location is on the left hand side on the way to the train station after passing through passport control. Show the voucher there and receive the card. The card is paper, but it can be used for exactly the number of days purchased from the time of first use. There is a pamphlet at the counter when you receive the card, so I recommend that you take it. The URL on the voucher is a dead link, but if you check the pamphlet, you can easily check which facilities can be used with the Helsinki Card. In addition to the Helsinki Card, there are also one-day train and tram passes, but the Helsinki Card is recommended for those who mainly plan to visit art galleries, museums, cruises, etc. Also, if you are considering traveling from the airport to the central station or visiting the national park, I recommend the Region Card. I chose the 72-hour Region Card, but it was enough to get its value by visiting museums, cruises, traveling from the airport to the central station, and using the tram and bus every day.
Easy pickup and checkout at the Stockmann Store. The pass is worth it if you use the ferry/boat tour, the museum, and all public transport options at least once. We made the most of everything we could over the two days and were able to see and experience all of Helsinki's most important spots.
It was convenient to be able to get on and off the city's metro, trams, and buses as many times as you like without worrying about the fare. The content of EMMA was great, so I hope many people will visit it. I gave it 4 stars because I couldn't enter all the museums in the city with the Helsinki Card.
worth it! is cover all transportation and musuem and sigh-seeing.value for money. many to see during winter.
The Helsinki Card allows access to many attractions, and it's especially cost-effective if you use both the sightseeing boat and the double-decker sightseeing bus. Both the boat and the bus offer Chinese audio guides.
