80mins of facial treatment is well spent. Treatment starts off with the singing bowl, very calming. my skin feels rejuvenated/hydrated after the treatment. loved the therapist’s relaxing hand massage techniques. Will definitely visit when I’m back in Korea.

Getting to the spa was a bit of a walk from the nearest subway, so do consider that. The place itself was amazing. We took the Brightening facial and the whole experience was lovely. We left the place feeling very pretty. Our therapists explained with care each product that was used so that was nice. At the end we were served drinks and given an opportunity to browse through their products. One of a kind experience, did not regret this at all! Recommended 👍🏻

I love this place! Would totally recommend anyone to come. Saw the reviews and really didn't regret booking. The 90min spa comes wirh a 20min service, where you can choose back massage, leg massage, abdomen massage or face mask. Service staff were all very polite and no hard-selling of products at all. Love this place!

Before the experience, they will briefly investigate the conditions that the guests are more concerned about, and then recommend the guests to change to a more suitable plan (or not change the plan) according to the situation. Although the whole experience is expensive, the beautician is very professional and the process is very comfortable.

Amazing experience! Prior to the appointment, you’ll receive an email regarding to how to get inside the building. Once entering, the staff greeted you with tea and asked to fill out a questionnare to understand your skin type. They’ve also offered a massage included in the offer that I purchased for a desired part of the body for ~20 minutes. They brought you into the room and started the spa process. The staff made sure that you were comfortable and relaxed. I’ve almost fell asleep few instances and wished the treatment lasted longer! Once done, they brought a small snack and more tea to drink and offered products that were used during the treatment for sale and I immediately bought a set which included mask as a gift! Would recommend.

Sulwhasoo's massage techniques are different from others, and they are also very comfortable as those offered by Hong Kong companies. It is a good program for arriving in the early morning!

We booked the calming care treatment and it was so relaxing! I fell asleep! The therapist is very professional and she did a really good job explaining to us what product we should use after the treatment. You feel very looked after and pampered!

This wasn’t cheap, but it was super worth it! First of all, the Sulwhasoo building is beautiful! Tucked away behind some tall trees, the architecture looks every bit as refined and luxurious as the brand itself. Was welcomed with a small cup of a reddish drink that tasted of sweet, tart berries and then commenced with my Mix and Match service. The facial was good, but the back/shoulder massage was the best part! The massage bed is heated, which really elevated the experience and the masseuse applied just the right amount of pressure. I normally don’t like it when massage oil is used, but it didn’t feel sticky at all and they rub you down with a warm, wet towel and then a dry one after so your clothes don’t get all sticky. And then, to finish, they serve you a light snack and some delicious Korean tea. All products used during the facial are available for purchase here, but there’s no pressure to buy. Would absolutely do this again!
