First time trying out hanbok. Booked the 9am slot and we were the first customers. Staff was nice and spoke English, Chinese and Japanese. Package came the hair styling (with hair accessories) and handbag. For ladies: please wear base layer and warm pants. For men: you can wear your fleece and pants underneath. Do bring along gloves and heat pack as the palace is really cold. Do use the toilet in the store before changing.

The Hanbok is beautiful, and the staff are very friendly. They carefully help with changing clothes and doing hair. The only thing missing was makeup, but overall it was great! They basically have all sizes, so no need to worry about not being able to fit!

Every piece of hanbok is new and beautiful, the service is very good and they will help recommend suitable ones. Highly recommended!

They dress you up nicely and the bag is free. They also make your hair look cute. The shop is on the second floor. It's inconvenient, but it's a shop I'd like to use again! It's easy to choose your outfit, and if you choose your favorite bottom, they'll recommend several tops to go with it, so I was able to decide right away.

I wanted to wear a traditional Korean hanbok that was elegant and understated, so I was thrilled with the selection, which perfectly matched my preferences. The shop wasn't too large, so I quickly found the outfit I liked. The dressing and hair styling were done efficiently, and I was able to head to Gyeongbokgung Palace right away. The staff were all very pleasant and kindly accommodated my last-minute change of plans, which was a great help. Thank you for your assistance; it made for a wonderful memory.

We were the only group of customers who arrived at the store during the appointment time to choose clothes in a comfortable environment. The staff was very discerning and helped us match our tops very quickly. We also braided our hair very quickly and added a headdress for free. It was very cold that day and jackets were provided for a fee, but the wrist The bag was old and out of line, but in the end it was free and added 30 minutes to return the clothes, which was great

After selecting a chima, the staff helped us choose a jeogori and then did our hair after we changed. All the staff were friendly and kind. There was one person who could speak Japanese, and others could understand basic Japanese, so we had no trouble choosing a chima. We were able to choose at our own pace. The chima options varied depending on the price. We chose the ₩20,000 course, but there weren't many chima available for that price, so we chose a ₩30,000 course, which cost an additional ₩10,000 per person. There were three free hairstyle options to choose from, and a fourth option was available for an additional fee. We were very satisfied with how beautifully they styled our hair. The three free hairstyle options were all common styles, so you should be able to enjoy the hairstyles without paying extra. They also styled even short hair nicely. They also rent out bags (small pouches) that go well with the hanbok (no additional fee), which was convenient for carrying our passports. The shop was easy to find and close to Gyeongbokgung Palace, which was great. However, the shop is on the second floor of the building, and the stairs were steep.

This experience was very pleasant. There was a tourism ambassador outside Myeongdong Station who could be asked and immediately gave directions to the store. The service was fast, the hanbok was clean, the staff was polite, there were two hairstyles to choose from, and women with short hair could match the hair accessories. The store was very close to Gyeongbokgung Palace, and it was highly recommended.
