wow grate experience, 1st time we are in cruise. got a good deal and also upgraded to balcony stateroom. staffs are very polite and always with welcome smile. the food was excellent, we have enjoyed all theater shows which was played in zodiac theater.

The curise trip experience is good. My family enjoyed the stay on the cruise ship such as yummy food and wonderful shows. We are also very satisfied to off-shore tour which is very well organized!

trip was enjoyable , happiness comes in waves so a cruise will make things happier. weather was extremely hot though, time to focus more on climate change.

easy booking on klook and the trip was smooth sailing and a lot of thing to eat and see.

It was an enjoyable experience.. it was our first time on a cruise and was very fortunate to get an upgrade of room. We would like to thank the housekeeping staff especially the person who served at our room 11160.. sorry we didn’t take down his name. His service was excellent and enhanced our stay onboard.

This gratuity fee will be billed later to the passenger's account and all bills must be settled before leaving the ship. There are not many free activity options on board, most are paid. There are three free/included restaurants: The Lido, Pavillion, Dream Dining. Tables are assigned after reservation (swipe card) and time in the restaurant is limited to max. 1 hour. Even though you are free to choose where you want to eat, guests are not free to enjoy all restaurants at the same meal time. For example: After breakfast at Lido, if 30 minutes later you are hungry again and want to eat at Dream Dining, guests will be charged $15 SGD. If you want to try another restaurant (which is free) you should wait for the next meal time (lunch/dinner). The queues at restaurants can be quite long, especially at Dream Dining and Pavillion so you have to wait a long time. Our experience at Pavillion was that after getting a table we were not immediately served, about 10-15 minutes after sitting down we were served soup & appetizers, the main course also had to wait around 10 minutes, even though the restaurant was not that busy because it was already 20.00. For reasons of convenience and practicality, it seems like the Lido restaurant is the best option among the three restaurants. Shore-excursion and wi-fi purchases must be on board, pre-purchase services are not available via the website. Overall, the experience on this cruise was not very relaxing. There are things that could be arranged to be more practical so as to reduce waiting and queuing (unless you are a Palace Guest passenger). The only plus point might be the upgraded room; We actually booked an inner-stateroom, but when we checked in we got a balcony room. Indeed, some say that if you web-check in earlier you will get a better room. Don't know if this is true or not.

Though we appreciated a good room with fairly good staff. however some staff were so rude and kept rushing my mom which resulted in my mom having a bad fall and fracturing her hand.

The price I paid is 20% higher than the normal package offered on the same trip and same cruise. I trusted Klook platform for booking early but ended up paying higher price.
