The tour guide was familiar with the tourist attractions and was willing to answer tourists' questions and curiosity about Islam. He also helped take photos. It was a fulfilling half-day tour! The activity does not include the entrance to Hagia Sophia and the Basilica Cistern. You can ask the tour guide to purchase it on the day or prepare it in advance.

This ticket is invalid; it's a fake. When we presented the ticket for entry to the Hagia Sophia Mosque, they said it was not valid and that it wasn't a ticket. We then had to contact our tour guide, who instructed us to reach out to customer service. I spoke with them, and they told me to speak to the guide. The guide then stated that I needed to purchase a new ticket. I don't understand what I paid for. I don't know what I paid for for the three people. We have been waiting here for approximately 45 minutes and still haven't gained entry. The guide suggested we request a refund. I am requesting a refund for the amount paid, as I am not happy with your service. This is my first time experiencing such an issue, and we were unaware this ticket would be invalid.
