Alhambra Guided Tour with Options for Nasrid Palace and Transfers

Guide was knowledgeable and friendly, although her Spanish accent was a little too thick which made comprehension a little more difficult. Main reason I didn’t enjoy the tour was the huge group and the people who kept delaying the tour. Meet-up point also wasn’t a clear location as the same company had a few group tours going on. kinda confusing.

Our guide Carlos Fuentes was great! Funny and informative, he knows what he's talking about. My only concern was the transfer and the manner of getting in to Alhambra was not clearly explained in the voucher by klook. We were fetched alright but the driver didn't tell us where to meet the Granavision staff and for a while, we were lost as to how to get in till we saw the operator's email and ask around. Klook's voucher didn't specify where to go after being fetched, it just said to show the mobile voucher but didn't say where to show it so we thought it was to show at the Alhambra entrance. The operator should have emailed me beforehand and gave instructions to avoid the confusion. Granavision should have a WhatsApp number for us to contact them since tourists usually have overseas calling issues with their mobile phones. Other than that, the tour was good. 5 stars

Throughout the entire trip, the tour guide gave a very detailed introduction. After speaking in Spanish, he switched to English and also allowed the group members to take breaks and take photos at the right time. Three hours felt very fulfilling.

Because the hotel we were staying at was in a complicated area, we were unable to meet the driver at the scheduled time, but when we contacted the local tour company, we were told that the driver was on his way and they handled the situation well. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and explained many things other than the Alhambra Palace. I think it was a satisfying tour. By the way, on the way back, we walked back to the city, and there were many souvenir shops and many restaurants at the foot of the mountain where you can eat delicious tapas, so I think it will be a good memory.

Because there are elderly people with limited mobility, the hotel pick-up and drop-off service is very suitable. The tour guide arrived on time and the tour content was also very detailed and professional.

The overall experience was very good. The tour guide shared many interesting stories and the interaction with the group members was fun and interesting. Unfortunately, the weather was bad that day and it rained. It would be better if the initial meeting point could be marked more clearly.

The travel agency arranged a taxi to pick you up at your accommodation, which was very comfortable and you didn't have to squeeze into the bus. After the 3-hour tour, they arranged a taxi back to your accommodation, which saved a lot of leg energy!
