Reviews
You can get to know the real Madrid by following the tour guide. Unfortunately, you have to find your own way back to the city after arriving at the stadium. There is no tour guide at the stadium. It is purely free to visit.
Numerous individuals had reserved tickets to visit the Prado Museum. In contrast, only a couple had booked tickets to tour the Bernabeu. I had purchased the package, which was supposed to include transportation to the designated drop-off point. However, we were instead handed a written guide in Spanish instructing us to take the bus back to the meeting point. As I do not speak Spanish, we opted to only participate in the one-hour walking tour out of fear of getting lost in the city. In the future, it would be appreciated if customers were informed in advance of the low booking numbers and offered a refund, rather than surprising them on the day of the trip. I feel as though I have wasted my hard-earned money, having paid nearly $200 CAD.
