my go to public transpo from city to Heathrow or vice versa. it's very convenient and easy to use. there is also designated area to put your luggage in the train, i always get a space. not sure if it's because i mostly travel during not "rush hour." most of the time i traveled, i only had one big luggage and a carry on but if you have more than that and you're by yourself, maybe it's better for you to take a taxi although it can be expensive, so take that into consideration.

Save time and you can go directly on board! The train takes you straight to Paddington in just 15-20mins. Get a round trip ticket and enjoy some discounts. It’s still the best transport for travelers.

Easy redemption as per other reviews. Just need to scan and go. However seems like train delays are pretty common so would recommend to buffer time for that. Otherwise it’s a fuss free experience to central London :)

It was great to be able to get to downtown London quickly. It was clean and there were security guards walking around, so I felt safe. If I go back to London, I would like to take this transportation again. The times to the airport are very varied.
