It was definitely worth it. It was easy to find the pick up point. The drop point was also the same. Connectivity of transport is good. The view of the illuminated Parliament house is absolutely amazing. We crossed all the bridges and came back. Carry your earphones with you .
Taking a Danube River cruise was one of the most unforgettable experiences of my trip to Budapest. The scenery along the way was incredibly beautiful. Landmarks like the Parliament Building, Buda Castle, and the Chain Bridge were especially magnificent illuminated at night, creating an intoxicating scene where the night view intertwined with the cityscape. The price of the boat ticket was quite reasonable, and the value for money was very high considering the scenery and experience. Although there were no outdoor seats on the boat, the windows could be opened, allowing you to feel the breeze from the river. The view was also quite expansive, and taking photos was no problem at all. I participated in the summer and highly recommend the 20:40 (8:40 PM) boat, which allows you to enjoy the sunset all the way to the brightly lit night view. The atmosphere was very romantic and relaxing. Overall, this cruise is well worth a try and is a great way to experience the charm of Budapest.
Budapest's nighttime cityscape is really charming. This is the city with the best lighting. I recommend everyone to take a boat tour. It is also great to take the tram along the river during the day.
I was able to enjoy the beautiful Budapest night view from both inside the boat and on the rooftop. You could purchase drinks and snacks inside the boat, and there were clean restrooms available. We gathered 30 minutes in advance to start lining up, so the boat departed exactly at the reserved time of 7:00 PM and ended exactly at 8:00 PM. The boat repeatedly made turns, so I was able to enjoy views of the Parliament Building, Buda Castle, and other sights from both the left and right sides, which was really great.
Service is super. the staff helps to figure out I am wrong side. indeed I try to contact via Klook but no one responses me! by the way, cruise started on time and the roof floor is better!
Lovely, simple and straightforward cruise. Able to purchase beverages on board at the minibar at your own expense. Information about the sights are displayed on the screen in English. One feedback would be: Cruise staffs to brief on where the life vests are in case of emergency.
The boat tour starts at the Capitol Building, and there's not much to see after that. If you want to take good photos, be sure to line up early to grab a spot on the starboard side. Since there's no guided tour, you might have to look at Google Maps and use your imagination, or ask AI. But for this price, it's a pretty good deal. I recommend it to people who want to enjoy the breeze and river views, but aren't necessarily that interested in the surrounding architectural attractions.
You must take a cruise when you go to Budapest. The night is really beautiful. The time for the cruise on 6/16 was 20:30. I suggest taking a later cruise, because it was still bright when I uploaded at 20:30. I didn’t see the night view until I was about to get off the boat. Then I had to get off the boat. In summer, it might be more appropriate to take a cruise at 21:00 or later.
When we booked, we chose the evening time so that we could take beautiful photos. Coincidentally, a rainbow appeared just after it rained that day! Super positive! It is super convenient to get on board. You can just scan the QR code with the staff and go in to pick your seat! It was off-season that day, so there were a lot of empty seats! The night view at night is very good! The TV on the boat will also introduce the scenery on all sides as a guide 👍🏽 recommendation! And the price is reasonable!
The weather in Budapest was unstable these days. I checked the weather forecast every day and found that there would be no rain in two days. I placed an order for the itinerary on klook and received a confirmation letter immediately. The sunset in early October is around 18:30, so I booked a 19:00 flight to see the night view. If you want a window seat, it is recommended to line up 30 minutes in advance. Since the temperature at night is about 6-7 degrees, blankets are provided on the boat to cover yourself.
