I received an email confirmation after booking to confirm the pickup details. Our guide, Maca, was fantastic! Initially, they wanted to charge us 5 euros per bag for storing our luggage at the office, but Maca kindly kept our bags in the van throughout the entire trip. The van comfortably fit all nine of us. She also made sure to check our outfits to see if any adjustments were needed, and was so kind in helping us take lots of photos! one of them even wanted to do a TikTok and she helped to film 🤣 The hike was a bit steep, but we managed just fine. For lunch, we had ginger cookies, hotdog bun, and a warm cup of coffee / hot chocolate. The toilets there has no lights and is basically a hole. best to use the restroom at the office first. the whole tour lasted for 7h, in fact we were a bit slow.
The while day out was great. our guide, Rossetta, was fabulous. she made the whole experience better. the transfers, knowledge and walk to the falls were magnificent.
It was a wonderful day for a hike, made even more magical by the falling snow. Learnt so much from our guide, who shared fascinating insights about the surrounding nature. Tasting fresh berries and even trying “old man’s beard” was such a fun and unique experience. We’re especially grateful to our guide for being so patient, always waiting for us and helping us navigate the slippery parts of the trail. Overall, it was an unforgettable and enriching adventure!
It was really an interesting hike through the frozen forest and canyon. Our guide Gili was really nice and give us the details during the hike.
We were guided by Goudia and she was really nice, helpful and also accomodating. She also able to explain the things we found along the way. We even try a lot of things there! Thankyou for the experience
Luklas provided an exceptional guide service for the Korouoma canyon and frozen waterfall tour. Their in-depth knowledge of the area, coupled with a passion for nature, made the experience both informative and enjoyable. The personalized attention to each participant ensured a safe and memorable adventure. I highly recommend Luklas for anyone seeking a well-guided exploration of this breathtaking natural wonder.
Guide was friendly and agency was responsive. We realised that we had selected the wrong pickup point the day before. I texted the contact on the agency on a Sunday evening and they responded promptly even though it was outside of their working hours. Lunch was a pork sausage with bread, and it was experiential dining. Overall a great experience!
A very special trip, climbing mountains in the world of ice and snow, it is very hard but the scenery is beautiful! Although lunch is provided, there is only one sausage and a piece of bread (bread!?) and you have to bake it yourself. It’s not full and it’s not cooked yet! But overall it is recommended to experience
The frozen waterfalls were stunning and the overall experience was wonderful with the outdoor cooking and wood cutting. Hiking difficulty was easy, very manageable. The guide was a fun person who took great photos for us too.
A very good experience, you can hike in the ice and snow. The scenery along the road is also very beautiful.
