Usage reminder
- Data Usage Description: Once the daily internet data quota is exceeded, the internet speed will be throttled down to unlimited 3G speed. 4G/5G speed will resume on the next rental day (following the GMT +8 time zone)
- Please return the device to your selected drop-off point, as specified during redemption
- The deposit will be fully refunded within 7 to 14 working days after the device is returned in good condition
- For Malaysians, a deposit of MYR 100 per unit will be charged upon pick-up for both 4G and 5G Pocket WiFi devices. For non-Malaysians, a deposit of MYR 350 per 4G Pocket WiFi unit or MYR 500 per 5G Pocket WiFi unit will be charged upon pick-up
- For support, kindly refer to the manual guide provided by Roamingman to learn how to activate your portable WiFi. If you require assistance during the rental period, please contact the operator via WhatsApp text message at +60-102508380, operator's support is available daily from 08:00 to 24:00 (GMT +8 time zone)
Compensation Rule
- Late Payment Penalty Compensation Standard: Return to the airport within 48 hours after the lease expires: No late payment penalty will be charged; Return within 7 days after the lease expires: MYR 20/day/unit; Return after 7 days of lease expiration: late fee of MYR 100
- will be charged for damage/loss compensation standard: 4G equipment damage fine of MYR 350; 5G equipment damage fine MYR 500; A fine of MYR 100 will be imposed if the equipment is slightly dented but still functioning properly; Lost equipment bag MYR 20; Lost USB charging cable MYR 15
Retrieve and Support
- How to retrieve the device: After booking the device, please place an order at least 4 hours before the collection time. Users can go to the Roamingman service center on the day of travel to present their KLOOK voucher to collect the device
- How to return the device: After the device expires, please return it to the Roamingman service center within 2 days. Tips: Due to personal reasons, the device needs to be picked up in advance, and an early shipping fee of MYR 10 per day per unit is required
- Under the Fair Usage Policy, data speed and usage may be limited for users who process large amounts of data in a short period of time. This is at the discretion of the subscribed telecommunications company and may occur without prior notice
- Please refrain from extensive video streaming and/or processing a huge amount of data in a short time
- The operator is not responsible or liable for any changes made to data speed or usage. You will still be charged the agreed upon fee during your rental period

The internet was of decent speed when we used it in Kuala Lumpur, working even on the lowest MRT/subway level. Gadgets can easily connect to it via username & password or QR code. Speedtest showed 80 Mbps. Surfing and video calls were good. Pickup and return at KLIA2 Departure area was easy, and it's 24 hours open (I arrived 1am). Look for Old Town Coffee, Luggage Central, & Maybank as landmarks. On return, make sure your drop-off is at Departure Door 1 or 2 for exact location. 😁 Deposit is a hefty 350 MYR though via credit card, done through a form sent to your email. I requested to connect to Roamingman's own internet because, well, I don't have their internet yet to go online and do the form. 😅 Deposit will be refunded about 2 weeks from return of device. This is my 2nd time using Roamingman (KLIA1 last time) and will use it again next time. Battery life should be sufficient through the day. Bring your own power bank as backup. Comes with pouch, instruction manual, & usb-C wire.
It really works on my visits to other countries aside from Malaysia! Good thing I have availed it so I won't have to worry about having a SIM Card that would not work at all.

Though we got lost finding the booth to rent this wifi, it was so helpful on our trip. Very stable connection and has long battery life. I just charge it after a long trip and use it again the next day. I already know where the booth is so I’ll definitely book this again.
Their booth was hard to find at first since it’s located at the mall connected to the airport. The deposit fee is a bit high and it’s been more than a week since we came back but the refund is not yet being processed. Nonetheless, the wifi has a great connection and they were able to provide tips on how to optimize connection.

i forgot to take a photo of the wifi. Based on my experience the wifi is slow inside our hotel did not use it inside but faster when we were outside roaming in the city.
Very good wifi coverage! I travelled over 6 countries in Europe during my trip and each time I crossed over to a new country, the wifi can be easily optimize to recapture the coverage. As stated, battery lasted around 8-10 hours and I am using the wifi on 2 devices. Recommended.
Very convenient as shop is available 24/7. It is located a bit far from the arrivals, as it is on the departure floor. Internet was fast and we did not have any issues with connection even in Genting Highlands area. Note that they require deposit via credit card, for which you need to be able to receive an OTP using your mobile number as you need to pay the deposit via a link that they will send to your email upon pick up of the device, instead of using a credit card POS terminal. Battery lasts about 8hours with 3 devices connected. Note that there is no powerbank included.
