• Food and drinks are not allowed inside the vehicle, except water. If the vehicle is soiled by vomiting, food, drinks, or bodily waste, a special cleaning fee starting from KRW 150,000 will be charged. • To avoid affecting other guests, the tour departs on time and cannot wait for latecomers. Late arrival will be treated as a no-show, and no refund or date change will be provided.
• Customer-requested cancellations made on the day before departure or on the departure date are non-refundable. If the tour cannot operate due to major natural disasters such as typhoons, floods, earthquakes, or tsunamis, cancellation and a full refund will be provided.
• Guests are solely responsible for the safekeeping of their personal belongings. The operator will not be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage.
• Travel insurance and personal accident insurance are not included in this tour. For your travel protection, guests are advised to arrange appropriate travel insurance before departure. The operator is not responsible for personal accidents or related losses that are outside the operator’s responsibility.
