- Unlimited time on both weekdays and holidays; not valid for use at multiple locations. Please inform staff upon arrival that you will be using an exchange voucher.
- Children under 6 years old must be accompanied by a parent (guardian must be over 20 years old). Please do not let children out of your sight (Article 51, Chapter 4 of the Child Welfare Act - Protective Measures). For safety reasons, it is recommended that each child entering the facility be accompanied by an adult over 20 years old who is fully responsible for their care. This facility does not provide childcare services.
- Please follow the instructions of on-site staff and the admission guidelines to avoid accidents.
- For safety reasons, staff reserves the right to prohibit children from using the slides if their shorts are too short or they are wearing a skirt, which may pose a safety concern.
- Eating and drinking are prohibited inside the facility. Parents and children should jointly maintain the cleanliness of the facility. If a child urinates, defecates, vomits, or otherwise damages the facility, a cleaning fee of TWD 500 will be charged.
- Before entering the facility, please remove any sharp or fragile items (such as glasses, hair clips, and pins) from children to prevent injury, and be sure to trim their nails.
- To maintain safety and hygiene in the park, adults and children must wear socks (available for purchase on-site).
- Please take good care of your personal belongings. The company is not responsible for the safekeeping or compensation for any loss or theft.
- If you have a fever (forehead temperature exceeding 37.5 degrees Celsius), an infectious disease, or a special medical condition such as heart disease or epilepsy, please do not enter the facility.
- This facility only provides the venue. Please maintain order and respect each other, and share resources. The supplier is not responsible for injuries caused by failure to follow the rules or improper use of equipment.
- This facility has public accident liability insurance. The insurance company reserves the right to deny claims for injuries caused by human factors or pre-existing conditions.
