Good and informative audio visual display of Hagia Sofia history but little bit pricey. Staff handling museum is also not much aware and was spectical about the epass QR code working.

Remind everyone, this is not a ticket for Hagia Sophia, but a ticket for Hagia Sophia Museum. We originally thought we would be upset if we made the wrong purchase, but after participating, we felt it was worth it. Because the museum is very well designed, especially the interactive tour, it allows us to understand the history of Istanbul and Hagia Sophia in the shortest time, as well as the characteristics of the architectural structure. After visiting the King's Museum first, we then buy tickets to enter Hagia Sophia. The church will give you a more complete understanding of this great building. Highly recommended!

the museum is good. for history lovers it's just right. low rating for the work of kluk, they sent an empty sheet without qr, and the chat doesn't work. but thanks to e stambul support for solving the situation

I was mistaken, but this ticket does not allow you to enter the mosque. In the end, we lined up and bought tickets at the site. I will leave a review so that others don't waste their money like we did. Please be careful.

I booked a ticket to enter the Hagia Sophia Museum. It said I could enter directly, but I couldn't. The QR code was not read at all. The staff rushed around, telling me I needed to exchange it, telling me to enter directly, and finally letting me in by holding up a different QR code that the staff had arranged. I had to go here and there for more than 30 minutes before I could enter. It was difficult as I couldn't even communicate properly. Please check and consider the local admission system again for the future.
