Yuan was the most wonderful, kindest, most patient guide with our group! Our day trip to Mount Fuji was definitely a highlight of the trip thanks to her amazing guidance. First, booking was extremely easy - the company messaged me via WhatsApp and I was able to confirm that I needed a larger bus for my group which they were able to accommodate! Then, I was able to easily customize the itinerary and they were so flexible and helpful in planning the day. On the day of the tour, they were there promptly but our group was running late and they waited for us without any problem. The bus itself was very nice spacious and clean. Yuan, our guide, was the best part! She shared so much knowledge with us about Japan and the Mount Fuji area - and most of all she was incredibly patient with our large group (15 total including 5 small children). For lunch she brought us to an amazing tatami-style restaurant that we would have never found in our own. It was so delicious! Everyone really enjoyed. The driver can speak Mandarin and understand Mandarin and Cantonese. The handcart was on time and well booked. Unfortunately, it rained heavily on the day of departure and I couldn't see Mount Fuji. The driver had suggestions to change the itinerary due to rainy days. The wheels were new, clean and comfortable. Overall, it was a satisfactory trip.

The driver stayed with us for the whole day. He was a very reassuring driver who helped us take pictures and queue up. The route to the scenic spots was also very smooth and the time was well controlled.

messaged rhe operator beforehand and asked for permission if itinerary can be customized and they said its ok. driver arrived early for pickup and was pretty nice and drove safely. even offered us snacks and umbrella. on our way back driver made sure to not reach overtime and also turned on our seat heaters.
