Amazing voucher! Spend at least 1$ in the store and then go up to the 12th floor to get the free 10 masks. Amazing duty free with very good offers. Would reccomend!
We claim our voucher via klook app and presented this to the customer service on lvl 12 flr. It is only applicable for foreigners /tourist with valid passport + they will register you as a member.
The discount rate is high and easy to use. You can apply even if you have a VISIT BUSAN PASS. Please note that the Busan store’s business hours are quite short.

This voucher is useful. There is a reception counter at Shinsegae and you can ask the receptionist there. They will guide you on everything that you need to know. If you're not clear on anything just ask them. They're friendly and very helpful.
