This activity covers a one-way transfer, toll fee, fuel fee and a mandarin/cantonese driver. Additional costs may include midnight surcharge, location surcharge, meet&greet
Does the service allow amendent?
Yes only for amendent made 1 day 20:00 earlier on date, pick-up or drop-off time, address, flight number and number of participants. You can direct make change in the booking page

Booking Requirements
- Important: Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount
- All passengers must have their travel documents (passports, ID cards, valid visas) ready prior to boarding
- This service is a one way transfer. Please make an additional booking if you require a round trip transfer
- Please note: If the booking time is within 23:00~07:00, the operator will process the order after 07:01
- Customer shall bring your own luggage through the border passing
- No child seat will be provided
- Border crossing waiting time: 40 minutes of free waiting (calculated from the time of disembarkation).
- If the free waiting time is exceeded, an overtime fee of CNY 250 per hour applies (periods of less than one hour are charged as a full hour).

Ordering was easy and simple, confirmation within a day, and customer service was very satisfactory. They provided detailed information, the driver understood my requests clearly, and the vehicle was safe, clean, and comfortable.
This was a more comfortable and simpler way to enter China than going by MTR. You do have to get out of the car to cross the border but the queues at border control are much shorter and it’s not crowded.
It was a hassle-free and positive experience. The driver was patient and professional. The trip from ShenZhen back to HK was smooth. This is a good choice if you have a big family and many luggage.
overall service was great, initially booked one car for 6 pax, but too many luggage so had to book another the agent was very helpful in organising a single point border crossing instead of two points for HK and Shenzhen. the two drivers are very helpful and courteous to my friends and relatives that were travelling. Defintiely will book with them again in the future.
What a breeze to travel with the family of 6 in this private transfer. The driver is friendly and shared a lot of local tips.
Great experience, took so much of the potential hassle out off travelling as a family with large luggage between Hong Kong and Shenzhen, with associated boarder crossing, immigration, customs, etc. and comfortable to boot …!
This was a pretty good experience - certainly better than taking a train between HK & SZ with luggage. They sent pretty clear instructions, however, it was all in Chinese which left us guessing a bit as English speakers. But, very nice to get door to door service and helpful border crossing.
