Private trasnfer between Shenzhen and Hong Kong

overall service was great, initially booked one car for 6 pax, but too many luggage so had to book another the agent was very helpful in organising a single point border crossing instead of two points for HK and Shenzhen. the two drivers are very helpful and courteous to my friends and relatives that were travelling. Defintiely will book with them again in the future.

It was the first time to book a cross-border car to go to Shenzhen with my family. It took about 1 hour and 15 minutes to cross the border through Wenjindu and reach the destination hotel. The driver came to pick us up very on time. The driving was stable and comfortable throughout the journey. The driver was very polite and took the initiative to help move the luggage into the car. Although the price was more than 200 yuan more expensive than the original price, it was still a good choice during the Easter holiday. I will book again if necessary!

The driver originally assigned was changed at the last minute, but still arrived on time. The drive was smooth, and driver was polite. But I felt the car had some maintainence issues and made a weird sound when moving. Otherwise uneventful drive.

This was a pretty good experience - certainly better than taking a train between HK & SZ with luggage. They sent pretty clear instructions, however, it was all in Chinese which left us guessing a bit as English speakers. But, very nice to get door to door service and helpful border crossing.

This was a more comfortable and simpler way to enter China than going by MTR. You do have to get out of the car to cross the border but the queues at border control are much shorter and it’s not crowded.

smooth and easy journey with elderly and bigger bags! received a message via wechat few days before our journey. and we were able to communicate with our driver via chat who met us at the airport exit.

The driver on the return trip was also very punctual. Although he asked us to board the car at 15:15, he had already arrived outside the hotel before the agreed time and was waiting. We were able to get on the car as soon as we left the hotel. The driver also helped us move our luggage into the car. He was very considerate and we returned to Hong Kong comfortably throughout the journey.
