It was the night before Silver Week, and I couldn't make a reservation on Smart EX, so I was very grateful to be able to book here! I highly recommend it if you need to confirm a reservation between 11:30 PM and 5:30 AM. Since it was my first time using the service, I was a bit anxious until I scanned the QR code at Tokyo Station, but I was able to reserve a specific seat, and I'm extremely satisfied!

One of the best ways to travel in Japan, fast and straight forward with Klook app. Arrive early to figure out where you are going in the station. Things are well labeled but Tokyo station is very chaotic. Since we purchased our tickets as presale they are automatically purchased when sale is open, cause of this we do get to choose our seats. This is my only gripe since we would have preferred the two of us to be alone and not in a row of three.
