This is a great place to stay! The staff is extremely helpful. They are very accommodating. They help us with ordering taxis and train tickets or anything else you might you may need. The room was very clean and cleaned daily. The BEST AC in the city. We can’t recommend this place enough!

The hotel is only 10 min to the Duomo, 3 min to the Ponte Vecchio and Uffizi Galleries, the room is beautiful, bathroom is big and the ceiling is beautiful. Bed is comfortable and the location is quiet!..

This hotel is exceptional in all categories, a true gem. Located on a quiet alleyway, around the corner from the Uffizi sculpture garden, one could not ask for a better location. Quiet, clean, roomy, with comfortable beds. Air conditioning that you control with the press of a button. Yes, they have an elevator, so no heavy lifting is needed, coming or going. The staff is superb, going out of their way, 24/7, to be helpful, scheduling taxis and making restaurant suggestions. We left a bag in a taxi, and they helped track down the taxi and retrieve our bag.
