Our experience in this hotel is generally okay but can still be improved for other customers. The bed linens and towels were clean. The room is small but the setup can still be made more comfortable but generally compensates quite enough for the price you pay which is basically cheap. The location map should be made more accurate so the hotel would be more convenient to find. and the customer's time would not be wasted searching for the hotel.. Instructions in using the check in and check out kiosk should be made more effective and efficient to avoid wasting customer's time as no staff might be willing to assist in case of any difficulty in the customer's part in using the kiosk.

Checking in was very quick and easy. Necessities are provided at the lobby. It is a budget hotel and the price is fair for the facilities. Sign should be put outsode the door if you want your room to be tidied up or garbage to be collected, otherwise cleaning service won't enter your room. The location is ideal if you want to visit Fengchia Night market. There are convenience stores around the area.

location is superb, so for the price it was ok. we got a corner room which was spacious, however room is very basic. there was some musty smell too.

There was no staff at the check in counter when we wanted to check in at 3pm. Self check in machine was available, after we figure out on how to use it, it showed that the room was still not ready, we waited till 3.30pm then only can get the room key. Anyway the good thing is the location is quite convenient, near to night market. The room is very quiet and AC works really well. Space is sufficient enough to place your luggage bags. Thank you.
