The Hotel has great accommodating staff, we are entertained right away and was granted with our request of early check in (additional fees incurred) and our room is tidy and the toiletries are well prepared. Our room is daily groomed and there is a safety deposit box as well if you have any valuables you need to left behind. Lastly it has an ideal location in Dongdaemun that have walking distance to multiple subway and bus stations.

Super friendly staffs and help me with all of the process. Also in front of the hotel is the bus stop to the airport so very convenient to move back and forth to the airport

Pros: Great stay, grat staf, great location near DDP, airport limousin bus stop in front of hotel. The room is spacious enough to open 2 luggages at the same time Cons : the bath tub in our room has stain maybe due to aged Overal : great 4 star hotel

This hotel is a holy grail for travelers. Klook is very generous for the discount. The location is near to subway and mood of the room is excellent. Staff are very nice and accomodating. If ill come back to Seoul, I'll definitely book to this hotel again. In addition, the K-Limousine Bus to Airport has a stop here. Its a win win hotel. More power. 🌻🌻🌻🌻
