I went there for my birthday. I used Forza for the second time. It's a place with very good access to shopping. I'm so grateful to Forza for celebrating the anniversary. But I don’t think there‘s communication between the staff. I’m Korean, so I‘ve looked for a staff who can speak Korean several times, but every time they said there was none. After 30 minutes, I saw a staff who can speak Korean. Thank you, Mr. Watanabe. I will use it again next time.

This is an awesome hotel!! Rooms are big enough soze compared to others. Very gery clean and the staff were super polity and helpful with everything!! Two stations about 10 min walk and many shooping centres and stores in walking distance. For the people who wants to have a night out there ate various popular clubs and bar only 10-15 min walk so no need to worry abiut kast trains or anything of the sorts
