My overall experience at this hotel was good. The hotel is nice, clean, and located in a very cool area, so it’s definitely recommended. My only feedback, if anyone from management is reading, is that while I understand this is an unmanned hotel (which is why I rated staff 3/5), the fact that they weren’t able to provide us with an extra set of sheets since we were three felt a bit strict and rigid. Overall, everything was good. ---- 全体的に、このホテルでの滞在は良かったです。 ホテルは清潔で素敵ですし、とても雰囲気の良いエリアにあるので、ぜひおすすめします。 唯一のフィードバックとして、もし経営の方がご覧になっていればお伝えしたいのですが、無人ホテルであることは理解しています（そのためスタッフを3/5と評価しました）。しかし、3人で宿泊したにもかかわらず追加のシーツを用意していただけなかった点は、少し厳しく柔軟性に欠ける印象を受けました。 とはいえ、全体的にはとても満足しています。

初めての無人ホテルでした。Hotels.comには、アパートメントとの表記はなく、ホテルだと勘違いしました。チェックインの二日前に、チェックインに必要なエントランスのキーが送られてくるようですが、届ておらず、コールセンターに「届いてない」旨伝えたら、「送ってますので」とかなり強く言われました。迷惑メール等も確認しましたが届いてないです。かなり不信感しかありません。 アパートメントタイプはトラブルが多いので避けてたのですが、予約時にはわからず、表記を改善する必要があると思います。また、コールセンターも5時までしかやってないので、たまたまつながったからいいものの、チェックインできなかった可能性もあると思うと怖くてなりません。
