So dirty, the pillows, the bathroom, the bed was yellow, there was hair on the pillows, the food smell in the hall was terrible, the reception was filled with flies everywhere

Solo stay

Large rooms and comfy bed. Be aware that there is a lot of construction so don't expect a nice view. Room had damp and mould damage and the team said they'll fix it after I leave and instead just sprayed the room. No upgrade offered. Breakfast was only ok but they overcharged and promised to refund the difference which still hasn't happened. Definitely not a 5 star hotel and not a 5 star experience. More like 3 stars. Check-in service at reception was quite slow I won't be back

It is just bad timing as the construction happening at the backside of the building. It would be OK after the construction is done.
