Wonderful hotel. Cleanliness: Non-smoking rooms are clean and cozy. Service: Customer-oriented. Dinner and breakfast were provided - the cuisine was varied and delicious. A huge thank you to the staff, they really helped us out and assisted with a transfer to another city. March 9, 2026, 8:15 AM. There are 3 supermarkets nearby, and Mustaf Mall and Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque are not far (no more than 20 AED by taxi). I recommend booking. Photos of the surroundings and the hotel are attached.

Celebrated my niece's birthday here in Royal M Hotel. Great hotel with excellent service. The room was clean and spacious, the staff were welcoming, and the overall experience was fantastic. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. The Pool is very warm with heater and comfortable, The service was excellent and made our experience even better. Highly recommended.

The check-in process was smooth and the staff were polite, welcoming, and always ready to assist with any request.
Our room was clean, spacious, and well maintained. The bed was comfortable, and housekeeping ensured fresh towels and toiletries were provided daily. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere at night, which allowed us to rest well after long days of travel.
The breakfast spread was good, offering a mix of local and international dishes, and the dining area was hygienic and well organized. Wi-Fi connectivity was reliable throughout our stay, which helped with planning daily activities.
A small improvement could be quicker response time for room service during peak hours, but this did not significan
