Fantastic

This is a recommendable hotel in the WTC area; about 2 or 3 stations away from the Dubai Mall/Burj Khalifa area. The area is quieter but still within the main tourist attractions. Service is great. I arrived early morning so they couldn’t check me in yet. Instead of taking advantage by charging me extra so I can check in early, they advised me to just wait a few more hours and they can have the room ready—still earlier than the normal check in time. I thought that was really good of them. The room is spacious—not your typical hotel room size. They even have a welcome treat of a plate of fruits and snacks. Cleaning service is satisfactory. I just didn’t like the shower setup of having a half glass partition because then the flooring OUTSIDE the shower gets all wet. The shower drain also doesn’t work consistently. Food at breakfast is good and adequate. I always looked forward to it. Overall, I liked this hotel and enjoyed my stay.

i love these hotel, all staffs are friendly and very accommodsting, I would like to suggest the team to improve the breakfast menu but overall I enjoy and will still book this hotel for future bookings
