location is walking distance to many good food n mall. but need walk up stairs if your room is on level 2. I personally don't like the shower as it has 2 knobs for hot n cold water which is cumbersome to calibrate. interior is quite pretty. free water machine at l1. staff service is good.

The location is really reallyy convenient and everything is walkable. It’s so near with everything. Mind you that here got no lift soo u have to carry your luggage upstair if u got upstair room. But it’s not a problem bcs one floor only. Thank you so much I really enjoy my stay here. Would love to book again one day 👍🏻

Had a 5D4N stay and love the place as the location is located town area. We were able to explore the town by foot. Staff were friendly. Definitely will come back if I visit Penang again.
