Location was great as it was around 2-3 mins walk going to the Tanukikoji Shopping Street #1 and #2. Access to subway station was also available nearly the front of hotel. Aircon was not working for a few days. We did not complain about it and just had to open our window due to end of winter season. 2 laundry machines presumably had different temperatures since one of them had to be used multiple times just to dry the laundered clothes.

I loved the unlimited coffee at the reception counter. We stayed for 6nights. It is nice that it is strategically located in Susukino, which is walking distant to subways, streetcar or tram stations, malls, convenience stores and to our favorite restaurants Ichiran and Yoshinoya.

This hotel looks actually quite private. Everything is super quiet. The staff is friendly and super helpful. They helped us to book a taxi by calling the Japanese local line.
