If you are 20 and looking for a place to store your stuff while you are partying in Wgtn, this place is perfect. If you want to sleep or be somewhere hygienic this is not the place for you. The walls are paper thin to the point you can hear people’s individual conversations. All night long. The security light in the hallway does not turn off and will shine through the cracks in your door so that it is never completely dark. The kitchen is filthy and I would not prepare my food there if you paid me. When I requested to be moved rooms due to the light situation I was told there were no rooms available which was untrue as the website was clearly showing available rooms. They then changed the story saying it was too late at night to move me. They were happy to move me to an upgraded room at my cost however were not willing to show me the room prior to paying. They have not responded to my request for a refund. My recommendation, stay away at all costs.

Below average If you enjoyed the backrooms horror movie this is for you. When we first arrived, I called the late check in line and they demanded my full credit card information otherwise I wasn’t allowed to check in. On top of that, I was required to pay a $100 fee if I only told them my last four digits instead of my whole credit card.
There are no ventilation from the ground floor up, no windows in your room so it feels like a prison. On the second floor, there is a door that is so rigid that it takes me out every time I try opening it. The whole set up is filthy and creepy and I would not feel safe walking bare foot here.

You get what you pay for. Cleanliness is basic at best as none of the surfaces are even wiped. This specific room has one window that goes into the hallway where everyone walks along, only covered by s basic blind - not privacy proof whatsoever as the windows looks right into the bedroom. No desk or a chair to place anything on. Not a single towel hook or place to have it dry out throughout the day. Loose toilet seat. This place is fine if you want somewhere close to CBD and just to sleep for 1-2 nights.

The guy anserw the phone and the one who answers the phone after hours they sound very rude and not talking to customers probably they end the calls fast so not a good communication with customers. But that's just me and I have never been asked you have to pay bond for booking????

GreatStayed with family
The property is an unusual layout but easy to navigate. The cost of stay is reflected in the amenities but still was clean and comfortable. Can’t fault the location.

GoodStayed with partner
The room was cheap, centrally located. It was an internal room, the TV didnt have free to air, the hand basin didnt have a plug, although the shower was good. The bed had one broken leg.
