Below average It’s pretty clear that this hotel/staff didn’t care at all about guest situation. Zero empathy, zero omoiyari, zero hospitality. They don’t tolerate late check in even for just about 20 minutes late after 9PM. My plane arrived 25 minutes late and they just didn’t care at all. Unbelievable.

The staff are nice and the girl staff is very helpful. They are all also friendly and had the wonderful time drinking with them at the rooftop.

FantasticSolo stay
I stayed in the Dorm.... every day the room was cleaned and they had free soap and shampoo in the bathroom. Hand sanitizer was always filled up and ready to use. The kitchen was spotless and so the fridge. The roof terrass is a very relaxing place with tables and banks and some hamatts.
