Matteo provides a beautiful place to stay. The room was great with everything you would need for a stay. Easy walking distance to all sights and attractions and is located in a great, vibrant area of the city.

The rooms were nice and clean. The rooftop is stunning. No one was at desk for check in even though it was only 3 pm, but there was a sticky note with our name and room keys. I had to message on what's ap to get assistance. We had emailed ahead and requested twin beds in one room. The hotel "made a mistake" and the bed was made up as a double. The hotel wasnt able to adjust the beds or provide bedding for us to do ourselves. This was disappointing after they had confirmed the request that we would have 2 beds. No one was at desk the next day either. We tried to talk to the owners mom who was unable to help us. We did find someone to help check out eventually. The service was non existent.

Really great hotel that gives you a flavor of what it would be like to live in Rome in a great location located about 15-20 mins from Vatican and Pantheon. The manager Matteo was super helpful and answered all our questions and fixed the couple of small issues we encountered. Definitely recommend.

Great

Stayed with family · For friends and family

The location was good for the Pantheon, a bit far to walk to the Coliseum or Vatican in hot weather. The room was clean and the air conditioning was much appreciated as were the black out curtains. The bed was on the hard side but tolerable. It was quiet at night even with minimal soundproofing between rooms. The rooftop area was pretty and the breakfast was good. Amenities that would have been helpful - ice and an ice bucket, a mini fridge and microwave for left overs. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

This was an absolutely incredible location. Matteo was so helpful with communication and booked our transportation to the airport for us on the morning of our departure. The rooftop had amazing views. Our room was clean and quaint, and the location was fantastic. Walking distance to all of the legendary monuments. If I had to list something negative, it was that we couldn't stay for more than one night! This is somewhere I would stay again, 100%. 10/10 stay!

Below average

I booked this hotel (2 rooms) for our last night in Italy solely because it offered a rooftop as well as a full breakfast in the morning. The breakfast was not offered at the time we would be up and before we needed to leave (ok) but we were told it was too warm to access the rooftop. And the other times we attempted to access to roof later in the afternoon early evening it was also closed. The AC barely functioned. I definitely would not recommend this place.

Great

Solo stay

It was a well located, easy to access property in a charming older building. Close walking distance to areas you might want to explore in Rome. Rooms were nice and included everything needed. Staff were helpful and accommodating. The top floor terrace was lovely even in February.
