チェックイン時の説明が少し聞き取りづらく、わかりにくい部分もあった。新人の方の対応だったので、仕方ないかなとは思うがもう少しゆっくりハキハキと説明をして欲しい。 特に外出時の注意事項や門限などはわかりやすく説明して欲しいと感じました。 お部屋の設備に関しては基本的には問題ありませんでした。 ユニットバス（トイレ）スペースが広くて使いやすかったです。 テレビがかなり小さいのとベッドとの距離があるので、私はテレビは見ないので全然気になりませんでしたが、テレビを楽しみたい方にはちょっと不便かも。 ホテル設備として、洗濯機が2台ある内の1台がホテル用で、宿泊客用の洗濯機は1台で、いつ行っても全然使用できなくて不便さを感じました。 ホテル近くにコインランドリー併設の銭湯があったり、夜中まで営業しているコインランドリーもあるようなので周辺環境は良いですが、長期連泊される方には洗濯機が使用できないと不便なので、近隣の施設の案内などされたら親切なのではないでしょうか。 朝食付きプランでしたが、食堂のスタッフの方は皆さん愛想も良くて親切でしたが、メニューが別料金の場合1800円相等（？）ほどの内容ではなかったかなと思います。 素泊まりで2〜3泊するには充分なホテルだと思います。

バス停の位置が分からず質問したところ、いろいろ調べてくれて助かったが、夜中にシャワーを浴びてからサッシュを開けようとしたら鍵が壊れていて開けることができなかった。
