While it was the largest room so far on this trip it was not the best. For some reason I was put in a smoking room and it stank. Bad. The floor had stains all over it too. Bed was hard as a rock.
Location wise, it's in a great spot right near the stations - Enshu and Tokaido. Staff were friendly so no complaints there.

The hotel kind of felt neglected. The smokey smell lingered in the common areas and made the room feel a bit stuffy but it was okay. Definitely not the best but not terrible.

Staff at front desk is unprofessional and smile does not know her face , Room is very small and smells smoking even it’s not; Toilet is very small and not suitable for foreigners body size ; Rool is very old l; room window opens to another closed space with windows ( no meaning to open it; It’s like Jale !!!!

Great The room smelled strongly of tobacco smoke, the walls smelled. So the room itself was clean, since there is a smoking room located in a well traveled hallway, there is always a smell of smoke. Otherwise, the service was very good, everyone was very friendly and the location is very convenient.
