房間算大的交通方便停車塲

5月初旬、2階の部屋でした。ちゃんとした加湿器があって嬉しかったです。空調の調整は操作できません(どこにあるかわからず)。夜は少し冷えましたが、概ねちょうど良い空調でした。また利用したいです。

木頭地板，乾淨整潔，靠近唐津站，附近的車站停車場走路1分鐘，24小時500日圓，1小時100日圓，飯店內有洗衣機（洗衣粉），雖然不能烘，但浴室開乾燥功能，很快乾，廚房有微波爐、平底鍋、湯鍋等等。廚具乾淨。唯一小缺點是沐浴乳洗髮乳比較不那麼滑順，日本各家飯店使用的品牌讓頭髮柔順，這裡效果沒那麼好。

It was my first time checking into a hotel without staff on site. The hotel will send you an email with an entry code to get into the lobby. Once inside, there's a tablet you use to check in. After you snap a photo of your passport, you get connected to the hotel staff via video call to verify your identity. Then you will get your room code on the screen. Take a picture of your room code with your phone. The hotel is very roomy and very close to the station.

This property is 3 minutes from the station and has surprisingly comfortable beds. That's it for pros. This property is strange and uncomfortable to stay at. Every room has 2 signs in it telling you what not to do. It would be hilarious if they weren't serious. There are threats of fines if you move furniture and warnings about how the fire alarm will randomly go off is certain doors are left open. Yet for all these precautuons, it is very run down. Theres a big stain on the sofa. The cookware was filthy. There's no kitchen towel to help dry cookware when you wash it. There's mold in the shower. There's also a creepy floor access panel by the washer. Where does it go? I do not know. There's no dryer, however you wont be able to wash your clothes anyway. There's a room guide with English to explain how to use the various appliances. For the washer, it says to turn it on and set the course and go. But that doesnt work. The water to the washer had to be activated first. The previous person staying here didn't figure it out because there was still soap waiting in the washer. Overall, a huge disappointment. Just save your sanity and stay in a hotel.

201の部屋の内窓が閉まらない状態で、隙間風と外の騒音が気になった。 備え付けの鍋が空焚きしたのか、少し水漏れしていた。 お風呂のカビが少し気になった。 脱衣場とトイレの部屋との室温差がなければ、さらに過ごしやすい。 それ以外は大変快適に過ごせて満足でした。 機会があればまた宿泊したいです。

There is 4 parking spots on the property, but they aren't for guests? I parked in one of the three open and was called to move my car because it was the owner's spot. I was told to take it to paid parking. Room was amazing however. Water pressure in the shower was great.

Great stay, incredibly comfortable and luxurious room for ¥5,000/person/night for our group. Great location as well.

Did not get the prior notice from Hotels.com that we need two set of code, one to enter the building and other to checkin. I didnt get the mail for code or probably it sunk in junkmail. So we freezing outside the bldg for 30min until Hotels.com staff contact the concierge. And anothe half hour reaching our friend who can speak Japanese to contact the concierge for checkin code. The room is clean and cozy but almost everything controlled by fully Japanese control panel. There's a translated manual in the tablet but still very difficult to understand. Hence, if you can't read and speak Japanese do.avoid booking this hotel.

They had an automated check in system that basically did not work. Fortunately, my son speaks fluent Japanese and was able to ring the people to gain access. After a 20-minute phone conversation we were finally able to email them copies of our passports before they would open the doors. After trying to use their online system for about 10 minutes it took about 35 minutes in total to check in. This is not a suitable place for non Japanese speaking people
