Stayed with family

It was really like having an apartment in Rome. No common Hotel area. The breakfast was nice. For the money it was good. The AC worked well. Not sure what the photo on Expedia is, didn't see that anywhere. Our room was across the street from the check in. The breakfast was at a restaurant down the street that they have a deal with. We went after a cruise and only went to shop. It is a perfect area for shopping. The center of the Spanish steps area.

We stayed in the Vittoria 50 apartment. The 2bdrm and 2bthrm layout worked well and the a/c was great. The location was central to great restaurants, the steps/Trevi and great things to do in Rome.

If you go, make sure to book the Jr suite which are absolutely amazing! The staff was incredible, especially Danielle, as he helped us in every way at check-in. A special property and best location ever!

We stayed at the Condotti July 5-7th 2026. The staff was amazing and very accommodating. Ensuring our comfort, bringing bags to the room, asking if we needed guidance for tours. The room was lovely. It is a beautiful area within walking distance to the Spanish steps and Trevi Fountain. Special recognition to Daniele the concierge. The check out day was my birthday and he gave us free breakfast and had the restaurant bring me pancakes with a candle and sing happy birthday. ❤️

Stayed with friends

The rooms were super tiny and our air conditioner kept dripping all over the floor. Did not know we were going to be so far away from the main hotel. Strangely laid out rooms that are tiny. Asked for help with transportation to the train station. The driver was going to pick up our luggage from the hotel and then pick us up from our excursion. The day before our excursion changed and checked with the main desk three times to make sure they changed our pick up location. Each time they confirm they did. As we were l waiting to be picked up, we learned the driver was 20 minutes away, waiting for us in the first location. Unacceptable in my opinion since I checked three plus times and was assured it was ok. Location was great but that was about it.
