Absolutely disgusting rooms, Shower walls were black.
Checking in to find the room wasn't vacuumed, microwave & fridges were putrid and bed linen was stained

Offered value for money ,especially for what we needed which was a cheap and convenient option when visiting friends. Nice to have a room for a family of 5.
Room was a little tired in general but not too bad for the price.
Only downside was that there was pretty significant drilling / noise from major work on the reception area,which we were not notified about as guests. Was pretty loud from early on in the morning

Staff had no idea. Sent me to wrong room 2x then took our family to the room as I said I wasn’t comfortable opening a door that wasn’t fully closed. Another family was in there! Room was clean but needs a lot of repairs. Outside street in a very ordinary part of town. I’d avoid.

Our stay was short but would definitely choose to stay here again when coming back to visit Canberra. The location was great and close to everything we needed. The cost of our room was affordable and accommodated our family perfectly.

We had some problem with the checkin and the reception staff were very accommodating and were able to sort everything out. The rooms have mostly been renovated and it is warm, clean and comfortable. Internet slow though :)
