Solo stay

How much worse can a hotel be? They take yiur reservation, take your money and then deny you entry without any explanation whatsoever. In fact, no attempt to communicate at all was made other than a refusal to accept that the room was already paid for. The receptionist know no English and refused to communicate with a language app. When i responded that i had a paid reservation and wanted to check in early, she looked over my non-Asian passport several times and then abruptly closed the door to the reception and told me to leave.
