It was just an okay! One night stay. No hot water to have a shower in the morning and no help for the person on reception duty! No offer of a discount for not being able to have a shower!

I left my boots behind! Very expensive boots! I was so sad! I rang and the man followed up and found them!!!! And in the process of sending them back! I’m so happy with the service we have had and it’s in such an amazing location! Very warm and comfortable!

We had a great stay. The only thing I would recommend is to have shower gel or soap in the shower.. I know, it’s a small thing but it’s something you would expect from a hotel.

We were initially given a room that was not ready it had not been cleaned from its previous guests The walls in the hallway were marked and dirty the elevator walls and doors had not been wiped for a very long time by the look of them (this was in both lifts) The shower glass in the bathroom had streaks down it The heat pump blew out stale smelling air. One of the windows had been left open behind closed blinds which we didn't see until we opened the blinds the next morning The Ramada hotels in other countries are top class hotels very clean in all areas. The Ramada in Hamilton is not up to the standard of other Ramada hotels and I will not be staying there again For the price and the selling point being a high class hotel I was extremely disappointed

Fantastic
how easy it was to apply on line for accommodation and check in someone was available to greet me as i came in late then given a door key and told where my room was. Room was very clean, the shower was one step up but found the stepping out a bit shaky. I enjoyed my breakfast and i didnt need to go far available right next door . Service was right on point.

Beautiful historic property, friendly and very helpful staff, comfy bed, great shower, little bit noisy but what would you expect in the middle of the city.... so fantastic location for easy access to great restaurants, shops and the casino. Park your vehicle securely and walk everywhere..
