Staff members were not friendly. Upon entering the hotel you have to walk down 5 steps before reaching the reception area. No one to greet you or offer to help you with your luggage. So you struggle to bring luggage down the stairs. They seem to ignore you until you reach the reception. Once you reach the reception area no one was eager assist you. I stayed 3 nights. On our 1st night we ordered room service. Ordered pizza, tuna salad, soup and lasagna. Only one item had a cover over it. The soup had a cover but the Soup was cold and salad consisting of the bitter pieces of iceberg lettuce. Pizza was cold lasagna was too. While staying there I was asked why I gave a poor rating. I explained why as I have here and they were more concerned with my opinion of the condition of the room and the hotel.

Good
The rooms and the hotel were super clean. Breakfast for additional fee was absolutely worth it and delicious! Only thing is the room was pretty small. Other than that I would recommend this hotel 100%. Staff were super nice and helpful 😊

Excellent hotel! The location was perfect, with easy access to the train station. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. The staff was exceptionally friendly, professional, and attentive, providing outstanding service throughout our stay. They were very helpful in calling us a taxi and providing travel tips. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Overall, a wonderful experience, and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

They charged for the breakfast when I checked in, had to remove some breakfast charges since I did not end up having breakfast there each morning. The food was not as good as I have had at other similar hotels in Italy.

Checked into our room and there were screaming kids opposite. After a few mins I went to reception and asked to be moved, which we were, though the the front desk seemed hacked off about it. In our second room there was a whining and barking dog opposite. I'm a dog person, but it was clearly in the room alone, it was off and on the whole 2 days we were there. I could hear toilets flushing all night, a vaccum/suction sound, and one night I counted 14 times (couldn't sleep). I could also hear a guy snoring next door so, don't believe any claims their rooms are soundproofed; they're not. So, all in all, noise was the main issue at this hotel and a lot of it impossible to ignore. I refuse to let this stuff spoil a holiday, but it was there, triggering, despite a wonderful trip to Italy.
