i arrived early at 9 am. check in time started after 2 pm. but upon my request they manages to give me the room at 12:30 pm. i booked a double room and i requested them to give me an extra single bed. they provided it and i was very happy with their response. thanks j hotel staff for an amazing stay. the breakfast was very good too. the bathroom could use some minor upgrades like a holder/tray in shower area for my personal soap/shampoo. the sink drain kept clogging for some reason. other than that everything was excellent. breakfast: 10 cleanliness: 9 service: 10 hotel location: 10 transport access: 10

Overall was great, when considering the proximity to TRX. Just requiring a little improvement in the cleanliness. Have waxy or gluey stain on the tray next to the basin. Apart from this, I think the towel is kinda thin.

I really loved my stay at J-Hotel by Dorsett. The staff were all very nice and friendly. The bed was super comfy and I slept very well during my stay. I would definitely stay here again when I go back to KL!

hotel is located at a strategic location where it is near to pavilion and further down is KLCC. Will definitely stay here again. Parking is a bonus too.
