近隣に夕食のとれるところがなく、夕食の予約をしていなかったので慌てました。売店でかろうじてカップラーメンや冷凍食品（2種類のパスタのみ）が買え、フロアーの電子レンジを使って食べました。夕食の予約をしないと選択肢がないことが前もって情報としてあるとよかったです。到着が遅くなる場合など、売店も閉まってしまい、困る方も出てくるのでは？ 朝散歩の自然のレクチャーは、当地ならではのものでとてもよかったです。

2泊で利用しました。スタンダードなツインルームを3人利用でしたが、エキストラベッドを入れても十分な広さがあり、ゆったり過ごせました。ロビーの椅子でくつろいだり、プールで泳いだり、朝の散策などホテル内と周辺でゆっくり過ごすことができ、満足です。子供もプールで泳ぎの練習ができ、卓球をしたりと楽しんでいました。バトミントンや大きいブランコで遊んでいるお子さん、夕方のマシュマロ焼きなど、ほのぼのとした時間がホテル内に流れていました。ホテル内でのアクティビティはいろいろ無料ですし、チェックイン前アウト後でもプール利用もできますし、タオルを借りれたりとサービスがありがたかったです。 お食事もとてもおいしく、観光だけでなく、ホテル内でゆったり過ごしたい方にもおすすめです。（ただし昼食利用できるレストランはありません。）時期によるようですが、ラウンジでお酒が飲める時間もあって夫は嬉々として飲んでおりました。 次は冬のスキーの時も利用したいと思います。

We stayed in the summer season, and we could take part in activities like riding the gondola up the mountain, hiking, marshmallow roasting, the hot spring, etc. Many more activities were offered, but some cost extra. As a foreign resident of Japan (English speaker), I would have appreciated a little more bilingual support. Conversational Japanese is just fine, but when I asked for more detailed information about the property and activities, they could only provide papers and maps in Japanese. I would have liked some bilingual pamphlets and maps. Otherwise, we had a wonderful stay and would recommend it to family and friends. No restaurants are nearby, so consider making dinner and/or breakfast reservations.

Excellent even when it was only for one day. Bath and pool was great, also very superb breakfast. A lot of activities were offered. GREAT!
