It is prominent and is within short walking distance from the train station. We arrived early, left our luggage and went sightseeing. Was surprised to receive a WhatsApp text from hotel to inform that the room was ready at 2pm. The room was generally clean, except for a used shower cap which was left hanging at the bathroom door's cloak hanger

Location of hotel is good as it is 10 mins walk from Kluang railway station. Staff are friendly and helpful especially Steve who was patient and very courteous. Room is clean and big.

to be honest it way above my expectations, seriously one of the best hotel I stayed. it was even better than some 5 star hotels out there. I simply love this hotel, kudos to the facility teams and reception because of maintaining it so well even though it’s old but was so good. honestly this is by far the best stay ever comparing with all others stays till up this year. room was so big and good best for wedding functions like that

Cleanliness is general is good. One thing is that the shower gels & shampoo are of low quality. Lastly, the TV reception aren't stable; you can watch a show/news halfway, gone suddenly!

Perfectly located within walking distance of the rail station, eateries, and the city centre. The room was fantastic .. spacious, clean, and offered a stunning all-round view of the city. I was lucky to catch the Deepavali fireworks from the top floor, and it was a truly beautiful display. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Kluang!

The hotel is less than 10 min walk from the bus terminal. There’s a McDonald’s about 5 min away. Many nice restaurants and eateries nearby. I have been staying many times. It’s very convenient. There are security guards at night so it’s safe.
