We checked in late but on a half board was still able to get dinner 10.30pm at a restaurant. Had booked 2 rooms which were side by side and had 1 main door for the both so had the "connecting rooms" feel. We were a party of 2 adults and 3 children. Pools were adequate for our needs and had access to the Bask beach lounge. Across the road was a mall, also if you wanted to you could walk to Nakheel mall, we felt really relaxed here. The bonus was the amenities, bathrooms stocked Le Labo so quality hair and bodycare range. Balcony were great if you have a smoker in your party and also perfect to dry swim wear. I didnt explore much of the other facilities in the hotel but gym and spa also available for use. We had an issue at one of the restaurants which caused an injury but staff attended immediately and addressed the issue immediately, could not fault them. We requested late check out which couldn't be fulfilled due to the hotel being at capacity but staff kindly gave us an extra hour which was a great help so thank you ! Buffet breakfast was amazing, everything you could ask for and anything you needed you couldnt find just ask, they are very accommodating. I wish we stayed here for our full duration of our trip to dubai but always prefer to change things up and try different areas. We will consider this hotel again, theres so many great outs but you wont be disappointed with your choice. Thank you for great service even during this quiet season due to issues with US/Iran.
