Repeat the same food every day, not much western food, room air conditioning system is unstable and getting hot by itself, we change the room but face the same issue, room carpet smell, furniture outdated. This hotel was in a much better condition last 3 years while we were visiting the same exhibition..

Very bad check in experience! I booked a Business room but given a game room, noisy aircond, AC switch off during mid night. Rude front desk staffs. everything is wrong with this hotel......a disaster for Marriot standard

Excellent positioning in a quiet neighbourhood. Easy access to multiple train stations and malls. Swimming pool is a great way to finish a long flight

It was warm and humid outside. I booked three rooms in this hotel for my colleagues and myself. We all experience air conditioning that would not cool. Should get our money back for an uncomfortable stay

Strong smoke smell even the hotel is supposed to be smoke free. I asked the front desk to do some treating, before I left for a lunch engagement, they didn’t when I came back at 3:30pm. Safe didn’t work because there was no display for keying in code. Either out of battery or unplugged.

Hotel is infected by bed bugs. Sent photographic evidence but the hotel just ignore. Had to throw away my suitcase and many clothes to make sure I don’t bring any home! Avoid!!!
