Good
Pretty convenient for a quick stay in the city, especially being right near Roma Termini. Air conditioning and shower were both great. Wifi was very spotty. A little hard to locate since you have to buzz the building to get in then go up to the next floor for the check-in; some rooms are located in a building down the corner which was a little odd. Fine overall for the price and location

Wonderful hotel. Perfect location 2 minutes from the train station with shops and restaurants close by. Clean and comfortable room.

Staff were very helpful, and the wifi and air con worked just fine. A very good location and accessible to all the major tourist spots; public transport is right next to it. However, the water in our room stopped working/running on our last day. Otherwise, all good.

Good
This hotel solidly earns its 3 stars. It reminded me of a fancy hostel. The room for 3 was quite cramped. Also, the air conditioning is centrally controlled and they are not generous with the temperature. A ceiling fan could have made all the difference for a comfortable night of sleep. It's an okay place to stay for a single night and if you want easy access to the trains and metro as it's a block from Roma Termini.

Fantastic
Location was excellent for a quick stop in Roma via train. 1-2 blocks down from Roma Termini on a main street. Very clean, very decent.

The room was very dirty and smelled like sewage. There were swear words and inappropriate language written on the wall. There was also a lot of dust, and one of us has asthma, so we are concerned about their health. We asked to change the room or get a refund so we could leave, but they refused. This is the first time we have experienced such poor service. We cannot stay in these conditions. Our room was also located right next to the reception, so it was very noisy and we could hear everything.

Great location for part 2 of our Rome week. Did the first three nights in the ancient Rome part of town but move to this neighbourhood for the rest. It was a good call. Nice bed and room (be sure to get the triple room). Double can be very small. Smart TV in our room but not all they said. Good location for day trips out of Rome. Grocery stores where you can heat up a prepared meal in their microwave. Save a lot of money on food and take snacks to your room. Yes they still use keys but it made me feel like a local. I recommend staying here.
